Environmental Authorization

Environmental Authorization

Our environmental expert team can provide integrated Environmental Authorization application and consulting services in order to prepare the necessary documents for obtaining the environmental authorisation, therefore your company can delegate the procedure for obtaining the environmental authorization to us by accessing complete and competent environmental expertise.

The preparation of the specific application form for the integrated environmental authorisation is made in accordance with the specifications of Annex 1 to the Order 818/ 2003, while the issue of the integrated environmental authorization and the list of the activities subject to the AIM are based on the specifications of Law no. 278/2013 on industrial emissions.

Is based on the specifications of the IPPC General Technical Guidelines and the BREF, as well as the application submitted for the issue of the Integrated Environmental Authorization and the coordination of the AIM Request Form.

According to the Environmental Authorities, the document called environmental authorisation is an administrative act issued to establish conditions and operating parameters in an ongoing or project phase that can have a significant impact on environmental factors.

About the Environmental Authorization

On the basis of the legal provisions in force, the environmental authorisation is regulated by Ministry of Environment’s Order No. 1798/2007 for the approval for the environmental authorisation issue procedure, with the subsequent amendments and additions, and Annex OM 1798/2007 establishes the list of activities that are subject to the environmental authorization procedure. The Environmental Protection Authority issues the environmental authorisation document for a period of 5 years, during which the Environment Manager team can provide professional environmental consulting services for harmonisation with the specific regulations included in the regulatory document as well as environmental operational consulting by providing specific expertise environment in case of deviations from authorised conduct.

In addition to the simple Environmental Authorisation, there is also the Integrated Environmental Authorisation (EIA) based on Order no. 818/2003 for the approval of the Integrated Environmental Authorisation Procedure with subsequent amendments and additions, so AIM is an administrative act issued by the Environmental Protection Authority with prior notification of the National Environmental Protection Agency which, following the specific procedures, decides on the right to full or partial operation of a plant, under the umbrella of observing certain terms and conditions that ensure that the operation of the authorised premises meets the legal provisions on integrated pollution prevention and control.

The Integrated Environmental Authorisation (EIA) is valid for 10 years, so the experience of our team also provides the necessary support for outsourcing the environmental obligations that will follow the EIA. The competence of Environment Manager Team can be exploited in case of updating the environmental authorization for some premises. The updating can be fully supported by environmental consulting services, preparation of the Integrated Environmental Authorisation Application Form and supporting the EIA issuing procedure at the level of Environmental Protection Agency.
